Through his instrumental experiments and personal lyrics, Simili Gum draws the contours of a new form of French pop. His surreal writing reveals a romantic sensitivity, at times filled with uncertainty. These singular themes merge into a piece of moving music with porous contours between electronic music, French «chanson» and rap.
