What is #STHLMSAP?

Stockholm Street Art Project or #STHLMSAP, is a collaboration between The Forumist, the graffiti organisation Soe Fame, Fryshuset and the art-driven shoe brand BucketFeet. The aim with #STHLMSAP is to help emerging artists create and engage with street art, and the project comprises a competition and inspirational workshop that will support and push these artists, giving them the tools to find their own direction, as well as the opportunity to make contacts.

How do I participate?

Just tag photos of your work with #sthlmsap on Instagram and you’re in the competition. We’ll then pick out lucky finalists who will get to compete at an event. The winner, picked by a Soe Fame jury*, will get the opportunity to design a pair of limited edition shoes for BucketFeet.

– We are looking for street art in any shape and form and not necessarily graffiti.
– Your art does not have to be out there on the street.
– You need to have an open (not private) Instagram profile for us to be able to see your artwork.
– You can tag as many pieces of artwork you want.
– The contest is ongoing and deadline for participation is August 2015.

* The judges have been chosen by Soe Fame, a graffiti organisation that is bringing together Sweden’s best street artists to exhibit their work at Snösätragränd in Rågsved.

Representing the vanguard of graffiti art in this country, these judges are Gore Fx & Loads crew, Bless Loads crew, Yash, Huge, Strangefruit, Soe wsb crew, Bayne wsb crew, Zappo and Puppet.
